What do you most love about teaching?
What I love most about teaching is learning and growing with my students and for my students. I enjoy building relationships with each student and each class. Each group of students provides new experiences and opportunities for us to motivate each other to give our very best. Seeing a student grow and learn both academically and socially is what drives me to work hard and make school a great place to learn. I love knowing that I have made a difference in a child's life.

Why are you passionate about supporting fellow teachers?
Working together with others who share my passion for teaching is what helped me to grow the most. I want to be able to support new teachers by sharing what I have learned through my experiences as well as my positive attitude and love of the profession.

Why do you love working in NNPS?
I love working for NNPS because I feel supported. There is always someone ready to help with support, resources, and guidance. Collaboration in this profession is so important, and NNPS provides many opportunities for this. I have been with NNPS long enough to see many positive changes and I feel like a part of a community that is motivated to do what is best for children.
